Job summary

Northeast Georgia Health System is seeking a Revenue Cycle System Analyst II to provide system-level support across revenue cycle applications, including Epic platforms. The role requires collaboration with IT and revenue cycle teams to analyze, configure, train, and maintain complex systems to ensure accurate billing and patient services.

Qualifications

• Educational: Associates Degree; in lieu of degree, extensive IT/Operations experience accepted.
• Minimum Experience: at least five years IT application or related operational experience.
• Experience with professional billing, claims and charging required.
• Operational experience in Revenue Cycle, Claims or Coding is a plus; Community Connect experience beneficial.
• Preferred certifications: Epic PB Resolute SBO, Epic Claims and Remittance, Epic Charge Router; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with users, ITS groups and vendor support to solve system problems.
• Plan, design, develop, train, implement, and evaluate functionality within revenue cycle applications.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain and upgrade operating systems and application software/hardware.
• Develop and maintain training materials; participate in training classes when appropriate.
• Lead small projects under leadership support in delivery and support of Revenue Cycle solutions.
