Responsibilities

• Provide systematic daily support to Revenue Cycle teams across Patient Access, Patient Accounts, Health Information Management and Finance.
• Coordinate project implementations, system upgrades, break/fix issues, training and QA processes; conduct root cause analysis.
• Design/build/test/implement Epic software for Revenue Cycle workflows; update stakeholders on progress.
• Act as liaison between IT, vendors and Revenue Cycle departments.
• Communicate clearly with hospital managers, staff and physicians; present information effectively and via phone or messaging.
