Job summary

Northeast Georgia Health System is seeking a Revenue Cycle System Analyst II to deliver system-level support for revenue cycle applications, including installation, configuration, maintenance, training, and reporting. The role may lead small projects and requires strong communication and analytical skills.

Ideal candidates bring five+ years in IT applications, experience with professional billing/claims, and Epic PB Resolute SBO, Claims and Remittance, and Charge Router expertise.

Qualifications

• Requires five or more years in IT applications or related operations.
• Experience with professional billing, claims and charging is required.
• Experience with Revenue Cycle, Claims or Coding is a plus.
• Epic platform experience preferred (PB Resolute SBO, Claims, Remittance, Charge Router).

Responsibilities

• Provide system-level support for revenue cycle applications.
• Install, configure, maintain, train, report and support production systems.
• Lead small projects and collaborate with IT and revenue cycle teams.
• Develop training materials and participate in system testing before upgrades.
• Communicate effectively with users and document technical discussions.
