Job summary

Northeast Georgia Health System is seeking a Reporting Business Analyst Sr. to join its Data and Analytics Team. You will assess analytic needs, create real‑time or near real‑time reports from Epic, and develop RW SQL reports and dashboards with Radar.

You will mentor teammates, enforce best practices, train users on self‑service tools like Slicer Dicer and Qlik Sense, and partner with stakeholders to deliver reliable, compliant insights across clinical, financial, and operational domains.

Qualifications

• Epic Cogito fundamentals and Cogito Tools Admin certs required within 12 months.
• Bachelor’s Degree or 10 years of progressive experience with equivalent training.
• Minimum 6 years in BI/analytics with EPIC RW reports and Radar dashboards; SQL strong.

Responsibilities

• Provide service-oriented support with after-hours on-call and SLA adherence.
• Create standard or custom reports, dashboards, and views for executives and managers.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and validate outputs.
• Mentor junior team members and enforce standards via code reviews.
• Plan retirement of legacy tools and transition to RW SQL and Qlik.
