Job summary

Allegheny Health Network seeks a Revenue Cycle Operations Analyst to configure, rollout and support Epic-based workflows across Patient Access, Patient Accounts, Health Information Management and Finance.

You will perform business and systems analysis, assist in testing, training, and act as a liaison between IT, vendors and Revenue Cycle departments to ensure optimal performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Epic proficient or certified within one year of hire date.
• 3-5 years healthcare revenue cycle experience.
• 1-3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Healthcare experience; system implementation; Epic or other healthcare financial information experience; electronic claims system experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide systematic daily support to Revenue Cycle teams across departments.
• Coordinate project implementations, upgrades, break/fix issues, testing and QA.
• Design/build, test, implement, and support Epic workflows in Revenue Cycle.
• Liaise between IT, vendors and Revenue Cycle departments.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and teams.
