Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 3 years back-end revenue cycle experience required.
• 1 year of team lead or supervisory experience required.
• 5 years of back-end revenue cycle experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day revenue cycle functions including claims processing, denials, payments, customer service and follow up.
• Manages staff scheduling, training and performance evaluation; ensures compliance with policies.
• Coordinates with leadership to adjust staffing and workflow; maintains Kronos records.
• Investigates and resolves claims submissions, disputes or complaints.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and high levels of patient satisfaction.
• Promotes interdepartmental collaboration and staff development.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
