The role requires a mission-driven leader with strong collaboration across clinical, operational, and finance teams to improve net revenue and patient financial experience.

The position offers hybrid/remote options for residents of CO, NM, and UT and includes comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of progressive revenue cycle experience across multiple functions and service lines.
• Experience leading revenue cycle optimization in a nonprofit healthcare setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with value-based care, contracting, and reimbursement models desirable.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a multi-year revenue cycle strategy aligned with mission and goals.
• Lead end-to-end revenue cycle operations across service lines with clear accountability.
• Improve net revenue, cash flow, denials, and cost to collect while ensuring equitable access to care.
• Establish dashboards and reviews translating data into actionable leadership insights.
• Collaborate with finance for month-end close and grant/program reporting.
• Ensure compliance with billing, coding, privacy, and contractual requirements.
