Primary Health Solutions in Ohio is seeking a Revenue Cycle Supervisor I to oversee revenue cycle operations and staff. You will work with the Director and Senior RC Manager to resolve payer issues, review claims, denials, and appeals, and support compliant, efficient processes.

Responsibilities include training front desk staff on payer processes, collaborating with RCM management, and ensuring accurate billing information for timely reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 5 years in Physician’s related billing.
• Experience with billing, denials and appeals.
• Some hands-on coding knowledge.
• EMR/EFT systems experience (Epic, NextGen, Athena, E-Clinical Works).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and medical office software.
• Knowledge of health insurance providers.
• Ability to multi-task in a team environment.
• Knowledge of professional fee billing and third-party payer regulation.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Payer enrollment knowledge a plus.

Responsabilités

• Supervises Revenue Cycle personnel in account management, eligibility, communications with insurance providers, collections, cash posting, contract analysis, and billing.
• Identify and resolve patient reimbursement issues on claims, denials, and appeals.
• Collaborate with RCM Management & Payer Enrollment coordinator to resolve provider issues.
• Ensure accurate billing information is obtained and maintained.
• Review hardship applications for approval.
• Provide training to front desk staff, practice managers, and other staff on payer processes.
• Educate providers on correct coding practices with payers.
• Work with payers on claims issues.
• Collaborate with Sr RCM on payer contracts for review with DRCM and Payer Coordinator.
