Job summary

Primary Health Solutions in Ohio is seeking a Revenue Cycle Supervisor I to oversee billing operations in collaboration with the Director and Senior RC Manager. The role focuses on ensuring timely reimbursement, managing staff performance, and resolving payer issues in a fast-paced health care environment.

You will train front desk and staff on payer processes, review denials, and work with third-party vendors as needed. Strong knowledge of EMR systems and health insurance billing is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 5 years in physician billing experience.
• EMR/EFT systems experience required.
• NextGen experience a plus; NextGen certificates desirable.
• Payer enrollment knowledge a plus.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Revenue Cycle staff and provide regular feedback.
• Oversee staff, reviewing system & clearinghouse issues.
• Collaborate with Director & Sr RC Manager and Payer Coordinator to resolve payer issues.
• Lead training to front desk staff, practice managers, and other staff on payer processes.
• Work with coding and quality staff for educating providers on correct coding practices.
• Work directly with payers on claims issues and payer contracts.
