Cincinnati Children’s is seeking a working supervisor to support home health billing operations and ensure accurate account information, timely billing, compliant processes, and optimal reimbursement. You will lead a revenue cycle team while remaining connected to day-to-day work, including billing, AR, collections, posting, refunds, denials, reporting, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years of work experience in a related job discipline.
• Experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise the daily workflow of a revenue cycle business support team and perform portions of the work being supervised.
• Support complete and accurate physician, hospital, and/or home health billing, compliant coding, denial management, revenue reporting, and reimbursement activities.
• Assist with day-to-day accounts receivable operations, including billing, collections, cash posting, refunds, and customer service.
• Communicate operational information to staff, take ownership of issues, and follow concerns through to resolution.
• Build cooperative working relationships with other Cincinnati Children’s departments and outside agencies.
• Plan and implement departmental projects, coordinate resources and schedules, prepare status updates, and track action items and open issues.
• Provide significant input into hiring, promotion, termination, and job-status recommendations.
• Assist with departmental fiscal responsibilities, including tracking revenue, expenses, allocations, and applicable reports.
