Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of revenue cycle experience, knowledge of HIPAA, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma is required.
• Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of revenue cycle experience preferred.
• Knowledge and Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Revenue Cycle systems; Microsoft Office; HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external customers in a timely manner.
• Work as part of a multi-departmental team to answer billing inquiries.
• Provide revenue cycle support for day-to-day operations.
• Process and follow up on payer issues with various entities for completion.
• Research and resolve straightforward account activity.
• Explain billing methods to customers and resolve concerns.
• Support the flow of the account throughout the revenue cycle process.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of the revenue cycle system and accounts.
