Athletico is seeking a Revenue Cycle Specialist in a full-time, office-based role in the United States. You will handle billing inquiries, respond to customers, and support day-to-day revenue cycle operations.

The position requires 1 year of revenue cycle experience, strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will work within a team to ensure accurate billing and payer communications while maintaining data integrity.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year of revenue cycle experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Revenue Cycle systems and HIPAA regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to internal and external customers in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with multi-departmental teams to answer billing inquiries.
• Provide revenue cycle support for day-to-day operations.
• Process and follow up on payer issues with various entities.
• Research and resolve straightforward account activity.
• Explain billing methods and principles to customers and address concerns.
• Support the flow of accounts through the revenue cycle process.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of the revenue cycle system and accounts.
