The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of revenue cycle experience and a high school diploma or GED. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication with payers and clients are essential for accurate and timely claim

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of revenue cycle management experience.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with internal and external customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with pay sources and clients regarding billing needs.
• Correspond with EAPs, insurance payers, and clients on claim processing and payment.
• Respond to emails within 24–48 hours.
• Maintain organized records of insurance and client payment documents.
• Provide reports to administrative team (outstanding balances, claims, and compliance).
• Oversee revenue cycle to maintain the company’s financial health.
• Assist with verification of insurance benefits for clients.
• Manage debt collections and communications with third-party collectors.
• Submit billing rosters as required by Medicaid and Managed Care Organizations.
• Assist with insurance credentialing when time allows, with CEO approval.
• Perform other tasks designated by the CEO when time permits.
