You will supervise all aspects of the revenue cycle with focus on claims management, payment recovery, insurance verification and follow-up.

Requirements include a minimum of three years in Revenue Cycle and proficiency with CPT/ICD-10 coding, billing software, and Microsoft Office, with strong HIPAA knowledge.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Work Experience: Three years of Revenue Cycle experience required.
• Knowledge: Proficient with Revenue Cycle systems; CPT and ICD-10 coding; Microsoft Office; HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Revenue Cycle staff and monitor performance.
• Assist with HR issues: staffing, interviewing, hiring, discipline.
• Keep team updated on payor regulations and fee schedules; implement process changes.
• Lead implementation and training of billing software; provide ongoing education.
• Provide performance feedback; train and develop staff; ensure competency.
• Support department goals and strategic plans for Revenue Cycle.
• Manage work queue and vendor performance; monitor productivity.
• Address patient financial service needs and resolve complaints.
