Job summary

Athletico is seeking a Revenue Cycle Specialist to help ensure timely responses to internal and external customers while supporting day-to-day billing operations.

You will work as part of a multi-departmental team to resolve payer issues, research account activity, and maintain accuracy in the revenue cycle system.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least one year of revenue cycle experience, plus working knowledge of HIPAA regulations and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year of revenue cycle experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Revenue Cycle systems, Microsoft Office, HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to internal and external customers.
• Collaborate across departments to answer billing inquiries.
• Provide revenue cycle support for day-to-day operations.
• Process and follow up on payer issues with various entities.
• Research and resolve straightforward account activity.
• Communicate billing methods and resolve customer concerns.
• Support flow of accounts through the revenue cycle.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of the revenue cycle system.
