Athletico Physical Therapy in Oak Brook, IL is seeking a Revenue Cycle Specialist who can help ensure maximum reimbursement and improve daily billing operations. You will collaborate with a multi-department team to resolve payer questions, manage routine account activity, and support the revenue cycle end-to-end.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least one year of revenue cycle experience, strong knowledge of Revenue Cycle systems and Microsoft Office, and the ability to follow

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Revenue Cycle systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to follow HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external customers in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with a multi-departmental team to answer billing inquiries.
• Provide revenue cycle support for day-to-day operations.
• Process and follow up on payer issues for completion.
• Research and resolve straightforward account activity.
• Communicate billing methods and principles to customers.
• Participate in the flow of the account through the revenue cycle.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of the revenue cycle system.
• Work with the team to meet organizational targets.
