Job summary

The role requires strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute to both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations. Position is onsite, Monday through Friday, in Riverside, CA, with potential for collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting or related field required or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in a clinical or revenue cycle environment is a plus.
• Proficiency with Epic Practice Management and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze incoming revenue and compare to expenses to identify variances.
• Develop and implement improved revenue cycle processes from intake to collections.
• Review billing practices to ensure accurate revenue recognition and invoicing.
• Prepare for financial audits by ensuring compliance in revenue reporting.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and models to monitor performance.
