Our client, a leading provider of behavioral health and mental health services, is seeking an RCM Director to lead revenue cycle management and financial operations initiatives. This person will be tasked with overseeing billing, collections and reimbursement processes, optimizing revenue cycle performance and reducing denials and ensuring compliance with healthcare billing regulations and payer requirements. The ideal candidate has proven revenue cycle leadership experience in a healthcare setting, strong knowledge of medical billing and reimbursement processes and a track record of improving collections, reducing claim denials and driving operational efficiency.
