Job summary

Tenet Healthcare is seeking a Revenue Cycle Market Performance Manager to lead strategic RCM initiatives for assigned Ambulatory Surgery Centers and regional leadership. The role serves as liaison between USPI Revenue Cycle Services and client leadership to continuously improve revenue results.

Preference for candidates in MO, TN, OH, or VA. Responsible for advising, training, and developing Business Office leadership, executing process improvements, and delivering analytical reviews to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in RCM leadership.
• 5+ years of Revenue Cycle/Business Operations experience.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• AdvantX, HST, SIS experience isPreferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and development support to Client's Business Office leadership to meet strategic objectives and revenue cycle metrics.
• Partner with Client management and stakeholders to review revenue cycle and operation metrics.
• Facilitate regular meetings to report performance, concerns, and improvement plans.
• Deliver ongoing training and development to Client's Business Office leadership and staff.
• Engage with Client, Regional, and National USPI Leadership to meet and exceed performance goals.
• Represent USPI's Business Office operations in market-based leadership forums.
• Drive process improvements and develop action plans to address deficiencies.
• Collaborate with on-site resources to maximize solution offerings and client satisfaction.
• Provide comprehensive updates to USPI Leadership on client support requirements and risks.
