Responsibilities include managing census, billing, collections, Medicaid Pending, resident funds, and month-end close. A minimum of five years in long-term care billing is required, with accounting/finance coursework recommended.

Qualifications

• High school degree with a minimum of five years’ experience in long term care billing and collection experience preferred.
• Additional coursework in accounting/finance is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Manage and train business office staff, including supervision of 2+ employees.
• Meet payroll related deadlines and manage timecard approvals.
• Ensure policy compliance and timely completion of business office tasks.
• Oversee census, billing, adjustments, collections, and deposits.
• Manage Medicaid Pending processes and Resident Trust Fund procedures.
• Coordinate with center leadership and external partners on financial issues.
