Air Evac Lifeteam is seeking a Revenue Cycle Medical Billing Shared Services Mail Processor on-site in West Plains, MO. The role supports the Posting and Processing Team by handling incoming mail, ensuring patient account numbers are present, and routing documents to the correct departments.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm CST, with bonus eligibility. The position requires 6 months of data entry experience with emphasis on 10-key use, strong MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word), and

Qualifications

• 6 months data entry experience with an emphasis on 10-key use
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Proficient in basic computer commands such as Copy, Cut, Paste, Select All

Responsabilités

• Open and sort incoming mail from the post office
• Ensure patient account number is present on each document
• Use billing software to determine the correct patient account number when missing
• Scan and upload documents to the document management system
• Process incoming electronic faxes
• Forward documents to the correct departments with accuracy
