Qualifications

• 6 months of data entry experience with emphasis on 10-key use.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Open and sort incoming mail from the post office.
• Ensure patient account numbers are present on documents.
• Use billing software to determine or verify account numbers.
• Scan and upload documents to the document management system.
• Process incoming electronic faxes.
• Forward documents to appropriate departments with accuracy.
