Job summary

Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to lead end-to-end revenue cycle operations across behavioral health, primary care, and service lines. You will supervise billing, coding, AR, and authorization teams, optimize cash flow, and reduce denials while ensuring compliance with payer rules and HIPAA.

The role reports to the Sr. Director of Revenue Cycle Management and partners with Clinical Operations, Finance, IT, Compliance, and Program Leadership to sustain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive healthcare revenue cycle experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience with MassHealth, Medicare, commercial payers; behavioral health/non-profit preferred.
• Proficiency in EHR/practice management systems; strong Excel and Power BI skills.
• Certifications: CRCR, CPB, CPC, CHAA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle workflows from eligibility verification to collections.
• Manage claims submission to MassHealth/Medicare/Medicaid and other payers; set targets.
• Oversee denial prevention, appeals, and corrective actions with IT and ops teams.
• Ensure billing practices align with CMS, MassHealth, HIPAA regulations.
• Build executive dashboards and translate data into reimbursement improvements.
• Supervise billing, coding, AR, and authorization staff; drive accountability.
