Qualifications

• 2–5 years of revenue cycle management or related experience in healthcare.
• Experience solving complex problems both independently and as a manager.
• Familiarity with RCM software and EHR systems.
• Proficiency with CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS and coding guidelines.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle: registration, charge capture, claims, posting, and collections.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue cycle efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and clinical staff to streamline processes.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards.
• Provide training and support on revenue cycle best practices.
• Utilize data analytics to identify trends and optimize billing.
• Stay up-to-date with industry changes and emerging technologies.
