• Understanding of health insurance billing protocols.
• Experience with MS Office and data/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Maximize fee reimbursement and manage revenue cycle requirements.
• Resolve daily edits and issues delaying insurance payments.
• Oversee pre-certification and insurance verification functions.
• Assist with interviewing/training/evaluating staff.
• Oversee front-end registration to ensure proper billing information.
• Coordinate improvements with the revenue cycle team.
• Support departmental compliance with policies and procedures.
