Innovive Health seeks an experienced Revenue Cycle Supervisor to lead the billing staff and optimize accounts receivable processes. You will monitor KPIs, resolve complex reimbursement issues, and ensure efficient billing and collections operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years in healthcare revenue cycle, billing, or accounts receivable.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare billing, collections, and payer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of Revenue Cycle Analysts and Associates.
• Monitor KPIs to achieve billing and collection goals.
• Assist with complex billing processes and payer requirements.
• Create and maintain accounts receivable reports for leadership.
• Review denials, underpayments, and discrepancies.
• Oversee self-pay reconciliation and patient outreach.
• Collaborate with Finance to support monthly billing cycles.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS guidelines, Medicaid, and policies.
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and training staff.
