Job summary

You will drive billing integrity, reduce denials, and optimize cash collections by partnering with clinical leadership, finance, and operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in revenue cycle with 2–3 years in supervision, plus experience in behavioral health billing rules and CPT/HCPCS coding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field).
• 5+ years revenue cycle experience, including 2–3 years in supervision.
• Experience in Behavioral Health, Addiction, Psychiatry, or Article 32 clinics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle functions: charge capture, billing, claims submission, posting, and A/R follow-up.
• Monitor KPIs and implement improvement initiatives to reduce denials and improve cash collection.
• Ensure compliance with Article 32, OASAS, Medicaid, Medicare, Essential and commercial payer requirements.
