Job summary

B Above Services is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Lead to oversee the day-to-day revenue cycle operations, including claims submission, payment posting, denials and collections, and provider credentialing. You will work with clinical, operations, intake, and administrative teams to ensure accurate documentation, appropriate enrollment, and timely reimbursement.

The role requires strong healthcare revenue cycle experience and knowledge of Medicaid and commercial plans.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, billing, or related healthcare financial operations.
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid and commercial insurance billing and enrollment requirements.
• Experience with credentialing, payer enrollment, and documentation.
• Ability to lead, train, and develop revenue cycle teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle operations including claims submission, payment posting, denials management, appeals, and collections.
• Monitor billing accuracy and payer deadlines; manage accounts receivable and aging claims.
• Lead provider credentialing, re-credentialing, and enrollment for Medicaid and commercial plans.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, payer requirements, and billing regulations.
• Develop scalable workflows and processes for growth across locations and new markets.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in collections and reimbursement.
