You will manage revenue cycle tasks, resolve complex payer issues, monitor posting accuracy, and support leadership with process improvements and metrics-driven insights.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of revenue cycle experience.
• Proven proficiency with Revenue Cycle systems.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding HIPAA regulations and compliant workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly to customer questions and billing inquiries.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve revenue cycle and billing issues.
• Support daily revenue cycle operations and ensure accurate posting.
• Research and resolve complex account and payer issues.
• Monitor claim activity and communicate findings to leadership.
