Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years project management experience.
• Five years of information systems experience with three years in healthcare revenue cycle and enterprise systems.
• Strong personnel and project management skills; effective communication.

Aufgaben

• Manages revenue cycle and financial/operational system projects across the full system lifecycle.
• Directs daily operations of registration, scheduling, HIM, billing and related teams.
• Plans work schedules, monitors performance, resolves issues, and educates staff.
• Oversees system configuration, training, testing, and go-live quality.
• Develops weekly status reports for the Project Director and coordinates with stakeholders.
• Applies Epic experience and leads process redesign and transformation initiatives.
• Provides technical leadership to IS and enterprise systems and ensures seamless delivery.
