Job summary

Confident Search Consultants seeks a Revenue Cycle & Financial Systems Manager in Gratiot, OH. The role is hybrid, onsite 50% of the time, with a salary range of $95,000–$125,000 and full benefits.

You’ll lead IT projects across revenue cycle and financial systems, coordinating teams and delivering high-quality results. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 4+ years PM experience, and strong healthcare IS expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information systems or related field.
• Minimum 4 years project management experience.
• Five years of information systems experience with a minimum of three years in healthcare revenue cycle, financial and operational systems.
• Strong personnel management, project management, and technology management experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and customer service skills.
• Experience with system selection, acquisition, implementation projects.
• Experience with process redesign and process re-engineering methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manages and participates in revenue cycle and financial/operational system projects through the full life cycle.
• Supervises daily operations of registration, scheduling, HIM, imaging and billing teams.
• Plans work schedules, monitors performance, resolves issues and educates staff.
• Manages day-to-day team activities and prioritizes work plans.
• Ensures integration of system configuration and coordinated design.
• Prepares status reports and reviews with the Project Director.
• Monitors risk and ensures high-quality deliverables with QA.
• Provides proactive project management across the lifecycle.
• Guides process improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Supports enterprise-wide information systems development and delivery.
