The Recruiting Hive is hiring a Revenue Cycle & Financial Systems Manager for a Forbes top 100 hospital in Gratiot, OH. The role leads revenue-cycle and IT-financial projects, supervising registration, scheduling, HIM and billing teams in a hybrid onsite model.

Requires a 4+ year project management track record, a degree in information systems or related field, and strong communication and leadership skills. Competitive 95K–125K salary with full benefits.

Formación

• Bachelors degree in information systems or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years project management experience.
• Five years of information systems experience with healthcare revenue cycle/financial systems.
• Strong personnel and project management skills with healthcare context.

Responsabilidades

• Manage revenue cycle and financial/operational system projects end-to-end.
• Coordinate system life cycle activities including requirements, selection, implementation and training.
• Supervise registration, scheduling, HIM, billing and related teams.
• Plan daily workloads, monitor performance, and resolve issues.
• Ensure integration of system configurations and quality deliverables.
• Develop weekly status reports and manage risks to the Project Director.
