Job summary

Talent With Heart is seeking a Revenue Cycle & Financial Systems Manager / IT / Healthcare in Gratiot, OH. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in information systems, 4+ years PM experience, and Epic-related system leadership.

The position is full-time, hybrid (onsite 50%), with a salary range of 95k–125k and full benefits. The candidate will oversee revenue cycle and financial/operational systems projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful system implementations and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum 4 years project management experience.
Five years of information systems experience including healthcare revenue cycle, financial and operational systems experience.
Strong personnel management, project management and communication skills.
Experience with system selection, acquisition, implementation projects.
Experience with process redesign and re-engineering methodologies.

Responsibilities

Directly participates in management of revenue cycle and financial/operational system projects throughout the system life cycle.
Supervise daily operations of registration, scheduling, HIM, and hospital/ambulatory billing teams.
Plan and manage day-to-day team activities and priorities.
Ensure integration of system configurations and coordinated design/build.
Develop weekly status reports for the Project Director.
Apply Epic experience to team tasks and deliverables.
