Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years project management experience.
• Five years of information systems experience and at least 3 years in healthcare revenue cycle/financial systems.
• Strong personnel and project management skills.
• Experience with system selection, acquisition, and implementation projects.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with process re-design and re-engineering methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manages and leads revenue cycle and financial/operational system projects through full life cycle.
• Directly supervises registration, scheduling, HIM, and billing teams.
• Plans work schedules, monitors performance, and educates staff.
• Oversees system configuration integration and reporting to Project Director.
• Develops weekly status reports and risk assessments.
• Provides guidance on process improvement and system enhancements.
