Job summary

Meritas Advisory Group, LLC is seeking a Revenue Cycle & Financial Systems Manager for a healthcare IT leadership role based in Gratiot, OH. The position is hybrid, requiring onsite presence about 50% of the time, with compensation ranging from $95,000 to $125,000 depending on experience.

The role focuses on managing revenue cycle and financial/operational system projects, vendor selection, implementation, and ongoing system optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in information systems or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years project management experience.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office products including MS Project.
• Five years of information systems experience with 3+ years in healthcare revenue cycle/financial/operational systems.
• Strong personnel and project management experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with system selection, acquisition, and implementation projects.
• Experience with system design, development, and maintenance processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversees revenue cycle and financial/operational system projects from analysis to implementation.
• Supervises daily operations of registration, scheduling, HIM, and billing-related teams.
• Plans staff schedules, monitors performance, and addresses issues.
• Manages day-to-day activities and prioritizes team work.
• Ensures integrated system configuration and alignment with project plans.
• Prepares weekly status reports for the Project Director.
• Drives risk assessment and quality control across deliverables.
• Provides leadership and guidance for process improvements and transformation initiatives.
