United Future in Gratiot, OH, is seeking a Revenue Cycle & Financial Systems Manager to lead IT-driven healthcare revenue cycle and financial systems initiatives in a hybrid role with onsite requirements.

You will oversee multi-team projects through the full lifecycle, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure high-quality deliverables. A bachelor’s in information systems and 4+ years PM experience are expected, with a compensation range of 95K–125K and full benefits.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of project management experience.
• Five years of information systems experience, incl. healthcare revenue cycle systems.

Mansioni

• Manages revenue cycle and financial/operational system projects through the full system life cycle, including requirements, design, implementation, training and support.
• Supervises daily operations of registration, scheduling, HIM, document imaging, billing and related teams.
• Plans and manages day-to-day activities, prioritizes work, monitors performance, and resolves issues.
• Ensures integration of system configuration and collaboration with Project Director.
• Develops weekly status reports and participates in steering/implementation meetings.
• Provides guidance on process improvement, system selection, design and deployment.
