Medical Billing Center is seeking an Onboarding Supervisor — Revenue Cycle Management to lead new client transitions from kickoff through go-live and stabilization. You will coordinate system configuration, workflow development, training, and timelines to ensure a smooth transition into active billing operations.

The role collaborates with Onboarding, Billing, AR, Credentialing, IT, and Leadership to validate payer data, access, and integrations, and to support go-live planning and post-launch

Qualifications

• 4+ years in healthcare revenue cycle or related field.
• Experience leading healthcare implementations and client onboarding.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own new-client implementation through go-live and stabilization.
• Serve as primary client-facing leader during implementation.
• Set implementation timelines, milestones, readiness requirements.
• Lead go-live planning and training coordination.
• Coordinate activities across Onboarding, Billing, AR, Credentialing, IT, Training, Development, Leadership, vendors.
• Monitor post-launch revenue cycle activity and resolve issues.
