Job summary

Clear Concepts, Inc. is seeking a Revenue Cycle & Financial Systems Manager in Gratiot, OH. The role combines IT leadership with healthcare revenue cycle and financial systems expertise, driving project management from discovery through go-live in a hybrid work setting.

You will supervise registration, scheduling, HIM, and billing system teams, coordinate system design and implementation, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables while collaborating with clinical and administrative staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years project management experience.
• Five years of information systems experience and a minimum of three years of healthcare revenue cycle, financial and operational systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages and directly participates in revenue cycle and financial/operational system projects from analysis to implementation.
• Supervises daily operations of registration, scheduling, HIM, document imaging, and hospital/billing systems.
• Plan and manage day-to-day activities, prioritize team work, and monitor performance.
• Ensure integration of system configuration and effective project communication to Project Director.
• Lead risk assessment and ensure high quality deliverables and testing prior to go-live.
