Job summary

Joseph Michaels International seeks a Revenue Cycle & Financial Systems Manager to lead IT-enabled healthcare revenue cycle initiatives in Gratiot, Ohio. The role blends project leadership with hands-on system management across registration, billing, HIM and related operational platforms.

You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, manage vendor selections, ensure integration of configurations, and deliver high-quality, compliant solutions while coordinating with the Project Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years project management experience.
• Five years of information systems experience and a minimum of three years of healthcare revenue cycle, financial and operational systems and enterprise systems experience.
• Strong personnel management and project management skills.
• Experience with system selection, acquisition, and implementation projects.
• Experience with process redesign/re-engineering methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage revenue cycle and financial/operational system projects through full life cycle.
• Supervise daily operations of registration, scheduling, HIM, document imaging, hospital and ambulatory billing teams.
• Plan and manage day-to-day activities of teams including prioritization and meeting planning.
• Ensure integration of system configuration and coordinated design/build.
• Prepare weekly status reports and reviews with Project Director.
• Apply Epic experience and training to team tasks and deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients to identify needs and requirements.
• Promote new system to users.
