Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field.
• 4+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years information systems experience including healthcare revenue cycle, financial and operational systems.
• Strong personnel management and project management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with system selection, acquisition and implementation projects.
• Experience with process redesign and re-engineering methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue cycle and financial/operational system projects through all life cycle stages.
• Supervise daily operations of registration, scheduling, HIM, imaging and billing teams.
• Plan work schedules, monitor performance, resolve technical and project issues.
• Coordinate system configuration and training, and prepare status reports.
• Provide guidance, ensure quality deliverables and manage project risks.
• Coordinate with clients and divisions to deliver seamless services and system adoption.
• Promote new systems to users and participate in steering/implementation meetings.
