RRC Solutions Group in Gratiot, OH is seeking a Revenue Cycle & Financial Systems Manager to lead IT initiatives in healthcare. The role combines project management, system design, and vendor leadership to optimize revenue cycle, registration, scheduling, billing, and HIM processes across the enterprise.

Based in Gratiot with a hybrid onsite requirement, you will coordinate teams, drive system acquisitions and implementations, and ensure high-quality deliverables using Epic and other enterprise

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in information systems or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years project management experience.
• Five years of information systems experience with 3+ years in healthcare revenue cycle, financial and operational systems.
• Strong personnel and project management skills.
• Experience with system selection, acquisition, and implementation projects.
• Experience with process redesign and re-engineering methodologies.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience managing large and small system projects.

Aufgaben

• Manages and participates in revenue cycle and financial/operational system projects through the life cycle.
• Supervises daily operations of registration, scheduling, HIM and billing teams.
• Plans work schedules, monitors performance, and educates staff.
• Coordinates activities within delivery services to provide seamless client services.
• Provides weekly status reports to the Project Director.
• Applies Epic experience to team tasks and deliverables.
• Ensures high quality deliverables and risk assessment.
