Job summary

Saint Cyr Partners is seeking a Revenue Cycle & Financial Systems Manager to lead IT and healthcare system initiatives in Gratiot, OH. The role blends project leadership with hands-on management of revenue cycle and financial systems in a hybrid environment.

You will guide system selection, design, implementation, and ongoing optimization while supervising the billing and registration teams and coordinating with clinical and administrative stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in information systems or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years project management experience.
• Five years of information systems experience and a minimum of three years of healthcare revenue cycle, financial and enterprise systems experience.
• Strong personnel management, project management, information systems project skills and technology management experience.
• Strong oral/written communication skills and customer service skills.
• Experience with managing system selection, acquisition and implementation projects.
• Experience with process re-design and re-engineering methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manages revenue cycle and financial/operational system projects from analysis to go-live.
• Supervises daily operations of registration, scheduling, HIM, document imaging, hospital and ambulatory billing teams.
• Plans work schedules, monitors performance, resolves issues and educates staff.
• Ensures integration of system configuration and coordinated design.
• Prepares weekly status reports for the Project Director.
• Manages issues and risks, escalating as needed.
• Provides guidance on process improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Collaborates with clients to identify needs and requirements.
