Job summary

ExcelliSearch, Inc. is helping a Forbes-listed healthcare provider in Gratiot, OH recruit a Revenue Cycle & Financial Systems Manager who will lead IT-financial projects across the revenue cycle, HIM, and hospital accounting systems.

You’ll manage system design, acquisition, implementation and training, supervise teams, coordinate with clinicians, and ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables while aligning with strategic goals of the IT department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years project management experience.
• Five years of information systems experience with healthcare revenue cycle/operational systems.
• Experience with system selection, acquisition and implementation projects.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience managing large and small system projects.
• Experience with process redesign methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Leads and participates in revenue cycle and financial/operational system projects across the full lifecycle.
• Manages daily operations of registration, scheduling, HIM, and billing system teams.
• Plans work schedules, monitors performance, resolves technical issues and educates staff.
• Prioritizes team activities and ensures integrated design and build.
• Prepares status reports and tracks project milestones for the Project Director.
• Ensures quality deliverables and coordinates with QA and stakeholders.
• Engages in risk assessment, issue resolution, and proactive project management.
