Job summary

Huron is seeking a Manager to lead teams within Revenue Cycle operations of HMS Domestic Business Office. You will motivate staff, drive customer service, operational and financial performance, and report to the Revenue Cycle Director.

The role requires strategic execution, day‑to‑day leadership, and the ability to drive process improvements. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in revenue management, supervisory experience, and strong communication; MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of revenue cycle functions and systems.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating department services.
• Strong written and verbal communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance to teams to achieve performance goals within revenue cycle.
• Ensures staff duties maximize reimbursement based on services delivered.
• Identifies and implements solutions to problems affecting teams.
• Coordinates with other departments to resolve issues and reviews mail timely.
• Participates in quality improvement initiatives and process redesigns.
• Reviews trends and prepares reports for leadership.
• Assists with training needs and performance appraisals.
• Maintains policies and knowledge of laws and regulations.
