Huron is seeking a Revenue Cycle Supervisor to support domestic revenue cycle staff and client accounts in a professional office setting. The role reports to Domestic Business Office leadership and contributes to unit financial performance.

You will supervise a portion of client accounts, ensure balanced workload, and act as a liaison for questions and escalations while guiding staff in denial resolution and process improvements.

Formación

• U.S. work authorization required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3+ years of revenue cycle experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word/PowerPoint/Excel
• Experience with Epic workflows preferred

Responsabilidades

• Work a portion of account population for assigned client
• Assist Lead Supervisor in workload distribution
• Provide day-to-day answers and escalate as needed
• Ensure staff communicate with payers regarding delays or denials
• Assist with denial resolution including appeals and corrections
• Support staff education and training on changes
• Foster teamwork and client service excellence
• Apply revenue cycle knowledge to identify performance improvements
