Job summary

Huron Consulting Group Inc. is seeking a Domestic Revenue Cycle Supervisor to support the revenue cycle team for our clients.

You will assist with daily operations, be a point of contact for questions, and help ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts. You will report to the Domestic Business Office leadership team and contribute to consistent service delivery, financial performance, and client satisfaction across multiple engagements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of revenue cycle experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Knowledge of payer guidelines and insurance issues

Responsibilities

• Work a portion of account population for assigned client
• Assist Lead Supervisor in ensuring team members have enough work each day
• Support revenue cycle staff by being available for questions and escalations; escalate as needed
• Ensure staff communicate with payers regarding delayed or denied accounts
• Assist staff with denial resolution including appeals, claim corrections, and escalations
• Reinforce operational changes and improvement initiatives communicated by leads/managers
• Foster teamwork, communication, performance recognition, and goal focus
• Orient work standards around the highest standards of client service
• Apply knowledge of revenue cycle to identify, recommend, and execute performance improvements
