Job summary

Huron leads global Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services, delivering HMS for healthcare clients. The Senior Director Service Delivery engages with client leaders to communicate KPI performance, guide process changes, and educate on HMS deliverables.

They partner with internal leaders to translate feedback into improvements, drive revenue cycle performance, and foster a data-driven, high-performance culture across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in revenue cycle management.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate global teams.
• Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Operations in hospital/physician settings.
• Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Limited travel required.
• Current permanent U.S. Work Authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio oversight: monitor KPIs and client satisfaction per contracts.
• Partner with client leaders to align objectives with performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal standards.
• Foster positive culture and employee engagement within HMS.
• Support sales and growth through client pursuits and references.
• Collaborate to create differentiated RC solutions for clients.
