Job summary

CoxHealth, a leading healthcare system, seeks a Financial Analyst to transform data into actionable business intelligence and support budgeting, market analyses, and strategic projects. This on-campus role collaborates with clinical leaders and finance teams to optimize financial performance.

Based in Springfield, you will contribute to a robust service portfolio and work closely with hospital operations to deliver insights and drive fiscal improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field required.
• Preferred: Master's in Healthcare Administration or MBA.
• 2–3 years of related experience preferred.
• Ability to develop and interpret analytical models.
• Strong communication with clinical leaders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data sets and provide business intelligence for strategic initiatives and key corporate projects.
• Support annual budget process.
• Assist with certificate of need applications.
• Conduct market share analyses.
• Support other ad hoc projects as needed.
