Job summary

Banner Health in Mesa, Arizona seeks a Revenue Cycle Educator to lead education delivery for management and daily operation of Revenue Cycle areas. You will develop curricula, train staff, audit workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.

The role is exempt and full-time with a 4-days on-site / 1-day work-from-home schedule, offering professional development and mentorship opportunities to advance healthcare operations and staff confidence.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of work experience in patient access, patient financial services, billing, coding, or related Revenue Cycle experience.
• CRCR certification must be obtained within one year of hire.
• Strong written and verbal communications, and customer service skills.
• Ability to deliver education to individuals and groups and to lead training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage education and training delivery for Revenue Cycle departments.
• Maintain responsibility for education and training programs within assigned departments.
• Deliver individual and group-based education and training.
• Create and update educational materials and training content.
• Maintain inventory of training materials for departments.
• Gather feedback and implement improvements based on educator observations.
• Demonstrate effective communication and teaching skills.
• Work with manager or director under minimal supervision to support Revenue Cycle teams.
