• Provides leadership for Revenue Cycle analytics support for financial positioning and growth.
• Leads development, analysis, and preparation of strategic Revenue Cycle metrics.
• Oversees day-to-day supervision of the Revenue Cycle Analytics team members.
• Compiles data, creates dashboards from start to finish, and conducts performance analysis.
• Manages Revenue Cycle data integrity and alignment with stakeholders.
• Directs implementation and support for Revenue Cycle information systems.
• Leads complex analysis with minimal supervision and prioritizes multiple projects.
• Interacts with hospital and system leadership, physicians, regulators, and vendors.
